Providing executors with authority to implement instructions in Wills.

Deeds of Family Arrangement

Allows the beneficiaries of a Will to change the distribution after the testator has passed away.
Contractual Will Agreements

Ensures that one partner cannot change their Will without the other’s consent. Useful in second marriages where there are children from a previous relationship.
